Q: How far in advance should I book my rentals?
A: Bookings are subject to availability. Once you are firm on your date, reserve your rental items. This will secure the booking for the date you have chosen for your special event.
Q: What do you require to book an order?
A: To confirm an order we require your contact information (address, phone, and email), valid credit card information and a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is equal to 25% of your order total and is applied towards your final balance. This payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit, Cash, Email transfer, or Cheque (at least one week prior to the date of your event).
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If you need to change your date or cancel your event, all deposits can be transferred to a future date with no expiry. Cancellations 14 days or more before your event will be subject to a 50% penalty, if no future date is desired. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be subject to 100% of the rental contract, if no future date is desired. This is the most flexible and reasonable deposit and rescheduling policy in the industry.
Q: Do you offer package deals?
A: Yes. Once our party bus is ready to roll, we will be offering package deals with our bus and photo booth.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured.
Q: How long do I get the photo booth for?
A: You can decide how long want the photo booth for at the time of booking.
Q: What is included in the rental price?
A: We will set up our custom built photo booth, along with any optional back drops, props, etc. You will be able to print instant high quality colour photos, or have your picture shared to any of your social media accounts from one of our social media stations.
Q: Do I need any special equipment?
A: We require a 110V outlet. A wi-fi connection is needed for the social media stations. We can offer a hotspot connection as an option.
Q: When is my final balance due?
A: All final balances are due when we show up for your event, before anything is set up.
Q: How can I pay for my rentals?
A: We accept cash, cheque, debit, all major credit cards, or email transfer. Any payments made by cheque must be made at least one week prior to your event to allow the funds to clear.
